Anyone who hasn't seen this show needs to run(not walk) to Best Buy or whereever and buy at least the first season(which includes the mini-series). This show kicks ass!! It's a dark and gritty story that I can sink my teeth into. I've finished season 1 and watched the first 4 episodes on season 2.0. The new season starts in October and I can't wait...  |

I agree it is awesome. Joe and I finished the first season in 6 days. We still need to pick up the first half of the second season.
Since I really hated the 1970's Battlestar I was wary of this one. But I'm very glad I watched it.

I love how they reference the 70's show but it's totally different. Maybe their new show "Caprica" will have the guys in a suit cylon?  |

We finished up 2.0 and wow.

Sci-Fi has started showing season 2.5 at 1 am Friday. We recorded "Resurrection Ship part 2" and watched it Saturday.

They are 3 minute episodes posted every Tuesday and Thursday on Sci Fi dot com. They are about the resistance on New Caprica.
The last one airs tomorrow night.

Thi sis about the only show I watch in realtime because I can't wait to see the next episode. Almost everything else I DVR so I can fast forward through commercials etc.
This show has a really good blend of drama and action, and the writers do really well at alternating storylines that develop the characters and the plot.

It's the only show I plan social events around like last night I missed it but I eft a cool get together w/ afrined who was in town because I thought they might replay the 8 o'clock episode at 1 a.m. luckily they still play them pretty regularly so I will see it before next Fri. and am I the only one who is starting to hate Starbuck she reminds me of Buffy but w/ the body weight to actually pull off a fight scene. Both are HOT whiny bitches though who screw the men they really love to decieve another poor bastard into thinking he won the lottery.

My damn DVR recorded ONLY the first 41 minutes for some reason  I haven't watched it yet. Hopefully Sci Fi will reair the episode sometime this week.  |

A swing and a miss last night. Battlestar never disappoints me but last it manage to. Helo is an ok character but I really don’t care to see a full hour of his self-righteousness and arrogance. Maybe he is just that good of an actor because he always has 1 of 2 looks on his face. And I was hoping Dualla would go ahead a just die.

I just thought last episodes subject matter was a little boring. I guess it was more of a "filler" episode. I also heard today that the show has been renewed for a 4th Season!!  |
