I love this show, just love it. I need to rewatch the final but here are my quick thoughts about the finale. Roslin to Bill Adama – vote to let Baltar off now see how long you have to wait for some pot enhanced sex.  Love crazy Tigh. I think it is funny how he started out as one of my least favorite characters because now I’ve just got any insane amount of empathy for the guy. I really don’t want him to be a cylon.  Lee still not sure if he is a spoiled child trying to get back at daddy or just a true idealist. LOL maybe it is both. I wish we had seen more of the Six/ Roslin/Athena vision. Loved poor Baltar walking though the ship holding his box looking so lost. Baltar is just a great character the ‘villain’ that I can’t help but pity. Tigh, Anders, Tyrol, and Tori as four of the five. I buy Anders and Tori but I’m still skeptical of Tigh and Tyrol. If Tyrol is a cylon then Hera isn’t the only hybrid and less import. And Tigh has been around since the first war before the cylons fought back so that really doesn’t make sense. And last but not least it was good to see you again Starbuck, I hope you aren’t just in Lee’s head. |

Okay, really radical theory here, but what if the final five aren't actually Cylons, but are the remnants of the gods themselves. And, they've put their repressed memories in humans to be awakened later? I guess I'm reaching here, but I'm still trying to understand why there are so many mythological undertones. Then it would make more sense why Tyrol understood the artifact. Of course, it makes sense that he connected to it if it was Cylon too, but I thought they intimated it was older than the Cylons.
It just seems extremely painful to have to wait until next year!!!

The shows Executive Producer and the man who headed up the re-imagination of it says that they are Cylons. He said in Next Season that they will be doing some backstories on how they got into the fleet and who they are.
I can't wait either.

I loved it but it was my first BSG fix since April.
I didn't really expect anything Earth shattering but for what it was I enjoyed it a lot.
