Killeen is having their next meeting at 1p on Sat., July 9th at the Irish Dragoon Pub at the Mall. Directions and InfoSunshine and the others that Rod and I have been in contact with have invited us to join them. I would like to head down to their meeting and see our new friends and meet others that I've not had a chance to meet. I've enjoyed meeting with them at the Drive-In and at the Pizza Hut. As you've seen by the pics, it was a blast, even though we had depressed Jedi and happy Sith. Anyone want to head down on the 9th? We could also make this another meeting, you know, get out and stretch our legs a little. So, a Waco/Killeen FanForce meeting on the 9th? |

Ok I'm a little confused is the 4th event off? I thought we were heading down for that. If so I'd rather do one or the other but that's just me.

Well, it's both.
Pizza Hut has a float and wants the costumed people to be on it. That's the fourth. I think there's a cookout/bbq involved. There may also be a booth for doing fundraising activities.
The 9th is the monthly meeting. It's held at a pub in the mall.
We're invited to both.

I'm not sure if Sunshine is going to be in costume or not. Joe (TK1731) won't be there, and I'll be wearing his armor in his place. Rod will be there as Mace, and I'm trying to get John to go in my sith costume. I don't think it's going to be all costumes. But if you only want to go to one, I suggest waiting for the monthly meeting at the pub.

Ok I won't be able to go if it's in Killeen. Joe's working and until 5 and the car is acting funny on the highway and I'd rather drive it alone. But if that where everyone else wants to go I'll just stay behind.

She's doing okay. She gets some bloodwork done tomorrow, so we can see how good!
I hate that it's tomorrow because I've got to be out of town for work both Tuesday and Wednesday.

this is during my vacation which is the 4th to the 12th, so definately count me in. I hope that more of our group can make it so we can meet more of the members of the fanforce, they are a great group of people just like us and I know we will have a great time together.
