Just a reminder - For those that want to head out to Gatesville this Tuesday to help out with Killeen's event. Costumes nice, but not required. Rod will try to make it, but no guarantees because of his meetings in Dallas. I will be out there with family in tow in my 'Darth Anonymous' costume. Times - 5p - 8p. Read here.If nothing else, it's cool to meet up with them - they're all a great bunch. |

Had a blast! Kids ate it up. I gave up and became helmetless Darth Vader. Kids don't understand Darth Anonymous. Parents do. It was fun. Can't wait to do it again!

Sorry I missed it, guys. Sounds like it was fun!
I went to a conference in San Diego last week and my mom went with me so we could do tourist things in my time off.
Well, on Friday, I had to call the paramedics to take her to the hospital. Turns out she had a bleeding ulcer. I've never been so scared in my life!! San Diego Fire and Rescue truly saved her life.
Thankfully, I came home on Monday, and my mom (and Dad who joined us there Friday night) come home Wednesday.
So, I need some fun events in my life to take my mind off of it--keep having flashbacks.

hope you mom continues to ger better Amy.
I had an awesome time at the Pizza Hut event, I didn't leave until 9:30 or so, The kids loved it and alot of people took pictures of us.
We also have been invited to be apart of the float for the July 4th Parade in Belton.

Oh Amy! Sorry that your trip ended on a bad note, but at least she'll be fine now! My granny here in town had a bleeding ulcer not too long ago and lost 5 liters of blood. Scary stuff. We'll get you doing some fun stuff soon!

Ok everyone I’ve already told Toby this and will soon have to say this the Killeen group also. Since Pizza Hut is not involved with the Star Wars license and the manager did not have permission from LFL to use the Star Wars name I’m going to have to ask that ‘FanForce’ name is not used.
This to limit the liability of the FanForce has a whole.
Also FanForce is not a costumed fan group so excluding members for that reason is against the rules. Example only members in costume can be in the parade.
So if you do go to the parade or anything at the Pizza Hut in Star Wars costume you will be personally liable if LFL’s lawyers start barking.
When we get together next time I can go into further detail.
