I am glad to see I am not the only guy around Waco who loves Star wars.  Thats me in my wookie suit wearing my bands T-shirt. I can't wait to meet yoou people and talk star wars. Let me tell you a little about myself I play bass in a Waco band called GRIMLOC and I collect star wars anything (Cards, comics, figures) I am married to my lovely wife Krystal who will be gaduating college on the 14th from Baylor. Welcome NickLOC!
Right now, we are just kinda winging our meetings. We've normally had them every other Tuesday, but do to various schedules, we've changed them to other days, just to help everyone get together.
As for the midnight showing, we're all headed to the Hollywood (they were first to sell tix). We'll all be there, unfortunately, I won't be in my clonetrooper armor, since it doesn't exist. I'll be dressed in my 'sith' costume. I'm not sure what time we're planning on meeting up at the Hollywood, but I'd imagine sometime that afternoon.
As for the next meeting, so far it looks like Jason's @ 6:30p on the 12th. I would suggest a Halo night at my place, since I've got 2 27" TVs and a 19" TV and 2 xboxs and 4 controllers, but that would entail me having to clean my house. With an almost 2yr old and an infant (9wks), it becomes almost impossible. Plus the wife has to be at work at 4:45 Fri. morning. She said we could do it, but we do tend to get loud.

- oh, and that's a nice wookiee costume! One of the best I've seen (except for the 7' part!), and that includes the ones I saw at C3 in Indy.

Hey would could have it at my house I am down for some Halo 2 I have a 55inch tv and x-box and 4 controllers and Halo2. I think it would be a great way to meet everyone. So good to find people who love the same thing. Thanks for the props on the wookie suit. I would love to show off my collection of old and new. Welcome to the boards! Hope we get to me you soon. All of us are between 23 and 33 so you fit in with our age group. Too bad you guys are going to be at the other theater for the midnight release. Hope you can make to Jason's on Thursday, we usually meet in the "Sun Room".

Hey, I took your number off for security reasons. Granted, we don't get a million hits a day, but usually everyone's local, and we don't necessarily want you fielding all types of calls. Usually info like that's best used in PMs...
I think we're gonna meet up at Jason's this thursday. Come up and enjoy some good food! Bring the MRS if you want, my MRS will be there, along with the 2 kids. We can do a Halo thing at your house sometime, but I think we can hold off until after Ep3... seeing as I can't eat/sleep/dream/want anything but Ep3 right now!
- on a side note, have you been watching the sasquatch coverage on channel 10? you should make a trek up to east texas and wear the wookiee costume up there!

Welcome to the Boards NickLoc, we hope to be meeting you soon. We also have Dvd nights(kinda like movie of the week) although we haven't done it in awhile, I love Halo 2 and Republic Commando.

oh yeah one more thing-we know peter mayhew(chewbacca).He lives in grapevine and we have even eaten dinner with him.We go to sci-fi conventions up in dallas and we see peter all the time.
