What time did they start the movie?
I was planning to take my dad next weekend. In true dad fashion I told him we were going and he started yelling about the crime rate at drive-in’s… He said he wants to go check it out.

It started roughly around 8:45. It was hard to see the screen for about 15 min though Bring bug repellant! The skeeters will eat you alive. Literally! The picture had green marks on one side on the last fourth of the movie but I got used to it. The sound was good playing through your car radio(88.3) but you could hear it played by outdoor speakers as well. What did your dad mean about a crime rate at drive-ins?

What did your dad mean about a crime rate at drive-ins? Well he says that drive-in's closed because of the crime. But then again anywhere I go is crime ridden and unsafe and I should really always carry my gun and knife where ever I go. He wanted me to take it to Indy.

I'm glad you didn't, because I might have wrestled it from you and now be serving 25-life. I think I might consult your dad on how to raise Zada up proper! heh...
I can understand your dad's concern, although he might get a little over the top sometimes. He can't be all bad, I mean, he likes Firefly!

I can understand your dad's concern, although he might get a little over the top sometimes. He can be over zealous most of the time but he just doesn't ever want anyone to hurt his little girl. I have to renew my concealed handgun license this year. His buddy at the gun club is supposed to tech me all the pressure points so I can drain a grown man of most of his blood in 15-30 seconds with nothing but a 2 inch knife blade. The sad thing is I’m not kidding.

I can understand that. For a second, I thought your dad's buddy was going to teach you that five finger thingy from Kill Bill, where the heart explodes after 5 steps.
When you renew your license, do you have to shoot to renew, or is it a pay money and you're good deal? If you have to go a'shootin, I'd like to tag along and see you pop caps in asses.

Those pictures turned out pretty good. Now I know what Sierra's finger looks like! I need to work on my facial expressions, because there are a couple of them that I think are odd..

Ok, time to stop lurking around and actually register. Loved the pics from the drive-in! I never knew siths had so much to smile about--maybe the dark side isn't so bad after all.

Yup, I was there. It was a lot of fun! It was the first time I saw ROS--shocking, I know, but I have a 7 year old who doesn't like sitting through movies and that combined with a lack of local babysitters...you get the picture. She actually liked this movie (yeah!)--and all Star Wars characters wandering about. Better actually get some work done now...

Cool. I'm glad you were there! If you met me (all black), remind me, so I'll remember who you are! - editted to add chopped pics:

Toby, I'm Cindy--you know the one who was going around bugging everyone? BTW, thanks for showing me around, introducing me to fellow fans and sharing the finer points of Storm Trooper dating practices!
