I might be able to get a third box, ala bobby. He says he can't bring his TV. so we'd have to secure a 3rd TV for a Halo Night. He really wants to join in. He only has 2 controllers, but didn't John and Robert pick up controllers? That would make up for it.
Ya'll up for it? He may or may not be able to come, due to work (HEB) but if he is (will know for sure by noon on Friday) would yall be interested?

So, John, are we going to do another HALO? Since SOMEBODY picked up an XBOX, we could do 3 boxes. If only 6 people play, that's 2 per box! Only problem, where's the 3rd TV coming from? If someone were to get that converter thing, the 3rd box could be hooked up to a PC monitor, and run in HD mode.... Unless someone wants to build one.I can build it if somebody will get the supplies for me. It's basically the same thing I did (and what Robert would have done!) when I was in the AF, only difference is the parts are cheaper and they don't go on a jet. |

I found a lot of cat5 cables, and I have 3 hubs. I'll bring 2 hubs, since I know one of them works, and test the other (it's a 100Mbps only hub) and I have a lot of shorter non-crossover cat5 cables, and one 25 footer. Should be fine for tonight, if not oh well.

And frag you did! I have to say, Robert, you were quite the young killer tonight. I think you may have just earned a most improved award! I still think you have an Xbox and have been playing secretly. That's the only thing that can explain it to me.
Thanks for having us again, John! Always a blast! I think you should buy a new TV to replace the one in the living room, that way you'll have 3 TV's, and we'll all hook up the boxes.
