True Blood – Since we don’t have Showtime this will have to wait for DVD
The Mentalist - After seeing a few previews I sort of wish I watched it so I’ll try it online for a while

True Blood is pretty good so far, not your typical vampire story either. I like the Mentalist as well and will keep watching unless I get bored with it. You should watch Big Bang Theory. There's a lot of inside jokes only geeks would understand. It's on Monday's at 7, so its on the same time as Chuck and Terminator. I guess watching online is your best bet. Season 1 is already out on DVD too.
