We found out last night around 9 or so that Elizabeth's dad passed away suddenly.

Everything is still just a shock. We think he passed away sometime Monday night around 10. I never got the chance to see him again.

I'm so sorry to hear that. I just lost my grandfather and it still stings. I can't imagine losing my father. Our prayers are with you.

Thank you everyone. I think the shock is wearing off and I will take all the love I can get. I guess Dad going quickly and in his sleep is so much better then wasting away for cancer. He had a lot of friends and was a big part of so many people’s lives. We are going to have the services this weekend at the gun club. Yeah I know how it sounds but he would have like it that way.
