If you do not know:

Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas, a friend of Count Dooku, set in motion the plans to create a clone army for the Republic. After his murder, Count Dooku took over and turned to the Dark Side, but before he left he deleted all mention of Kamino in the Archives.

Also, In Visionaries, Dooku had the body of Sifo-Dyas and he put his blood into General Grievous.
