It's Coruscant...you can see it when you look at the preview.

It's Coruscant, after picking up KFC Ani. I think they just cut the scene in order to shave a little time. Prior to the finished movie, I'm sure we saw Palp leave Coruscant, reach Mustafar, leave Mustafar, and return to Coruscant. Lucas probably trimmed it down, since he figured we'd know where Palp was going the whole time. I'll have to dig out the other trailers to see what else hit the floor...

Does anybody think things would have turned out differently if Anakin had conferred with Yoda about Palpatine instead of conferring with Mace? Or at least Mace and Yoda confronted Palpatine? Hmmm...

Things might have turned out differently for Mace, but I still think Anakin was too obsessed with his prophetic dream to let it go down any other way.
How do you think if might have turned out if Yoda and Anakin would have fought?

WERD UP.
Well, if the movie had gone any differently, then the OT would never have happened....
But I think that Anakin didn't realize that his vision was going to come true if he continued his path to the dark side. If he would've realized that it was the dark side (Palpatine giving him these visions?), and not the light side, things might have been different.

its funny how one thing here, one thing there going differently can change everything.......for instance.....what if Obi-Wan finished off Anakin/Vader instead of leaving him there.....nah, Obi-Wan would never do that he loved Anakin too much.......well maybe not too much since he cut off his arm and both of his legs .....ohh and watched him burn as well.

Something has been really bugging me lately. Is in RotJ Vader tells Luke that Obi Wan once thought as you did. But in RotS Obi Wan didn't think he could be saved...at all. He went to Mustafar to kill Vader. In the novel Vader even gives Obi Wan the chance to run for old times sake.
I hope this not something they try to wash in the EU either.
As much as I enjoy The Last of the Jedi series Odi and Vader better not meet again. It would just take way too much away from the Vader/Obi Wan final duel.

No, I think just before they started dueling is what Vader's referring to in RotJ. I think it's not as obvious a move as Luke's gesture, but up to the duel, and even a little during the duel, ObiWan tries to get Anakin to see the error of his ways. When Anakin states "from my point of view the Jedi are evil" I think is when Obi Wan gives up... just my .02

I have to disagree. I think any hope of saving Anakin was gone and choking Padme was just fuel for the fire so to say.
As much as I dislike the OT changes. I quick fix would be to change the line in RotJ to: "Your mother once thought as you do."

When Anakin tells the council that Palpatine wants him to lead the army, Mace says that Palpatine doesn't make the decisions for the council. He should have added this: "Until Palpatine starts swingin' a saber and using force powers, his decisions won't influence this council."
