I have been stranded at work since 5 PM when I was supposed to get off because of the awful rain and flooding here. It wasn't until about 9:45 PM until I got home just to go to sleep where I have to be back at 8 AM.

Yeah, we are okay, but our car has a little bit of water on the floorboards from water that seeped in from the slits of the door. The water was that high at one point.

I didn't have to work but I got paid some awesome overtime. Hehe. It wasn't like there was a lot to do because we couldn't get any specimens in; it was too flooded.
