woke up this morning with a bloody heel(no joke).

I got out of bed and I discovered that my sheets had blood on them.I looked myself over and could not find anything,then I looked at my feet.There was a big scratch on my heel that had been bleeding.What happend was I wear my steel toe shoes sometimes around the house which happen to have a steel heel also.When I type on the computer out of habit I prop my left heel up against the leg of my chair,and that's how the steel cut into my heel.I guess I cant prop my foot up like that anymore with my steel toes on.I have never had any problems with my steel toed shoes before,weird.
