Sure, just give me a call. I'll PM you my home phone. Christy's g'ma is coming in tomorrow (hopefully - she's always finding reasons to not leave... never sticks to a plan), and my cousin from Arkansas (John and Robert should remember him) is coming in on Friday. I thought he was coming to see Zada, but he's just coming, Zada's a bonus! I also put up more pics... home.grandecom.net/~tobymcelroy/zada.html -- and a video.

The What? look? Funny thing is that he'd bumped his head, but the look is priceless.

I went to the doc's a little over a week ago. Looks like I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. He's got me doing some therapy stuff right now, and hopefully that'll get it to go away, but if not... it's surgery (or procedure as they call it) and they'll need to shave off a little bit of my collar bone. Right now, my left arm falls asleep when it's in certain positions. Sometimes it falls asleep instantly, sometimes it falls asleep after a couple of minutes. Xbox does it, sometimes driving does it, sleeping on it wrong always does it. It's a real pain. I'm almost hoping for the surgery, sort of as a quick fix.

PT will resume after Celebration 3.
Went to an ENT (ear/nose/throat) doc today about my snoring problem. He wants me to do a sleep study (as does my other doc). He also feels that I'm a good candidate for a surgery that will sorten my palette (roof of my mouth in the back) and remove my tonsils. Weight loss might help, he said, but there apparently are not exercises to lose tonsil weight.
Also, my blood pressure is a little high, so I'm supposed to cut sodium and take on a sort of cholesterol-lite diet. Woo Hoo. Yea Me! Ugh. Oh well. I'd rather eat better than die. Death sucks. Especially before May 19th.

Not sure if I mentioned this, but last time I went to the doc, my blood pressure was pretty high. He told me to bring it down, or he'll put me on medication.
I've been watching my sodium intake for the last couple of weeks trying to keep it low. You'd be amazed what a 1 oz. serving of chips offers sodium-wise (400mg). Jerky's even worse (700mg).
I picked up some omega3 fish oil vitamins last night at Wal-mart. While I was there, I checked my blood pressure, and it was down to a normal number! Christy asked if I was just stressed, and I said, well, today was the last day of school.
So, if I can keep it up, no medicine for me!
