Mel Brooks said it will either come out the week before Revenge of the Sith or a year after. Probably the latter because he is focusing on doing The Producers movie with Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick which is set to come out in 2005.

Yeah, I read that Brooks was doing it. I doubt it'll come out close to Ep3, since I don't think he's even finished writing it yet.
