Reed Richards/ Mr. Fantastic- Ioan Gruffudd (King Arthur, Horatio Hornblower)
Sue Storm/ Invisible Woman- Jessica Alba (Dark Angel, Sin City)
Johnny Storm/ Human Torch- Chris Evans (Not Another Teen Movie, The Perfect Score)
Ben Grimm/ The Thing- Michael Chiklis (The Shield)

I don't know if Marvel can pull off this movie without it being totally lame. Mr. Fantastic is the Marvel equivalent of DC's Plastic Man or Elongated Man. It doesn't seem like it would translate well to live action without looking too corny.
