I admit I was a big fan of the Buffy Movie...I think it was in 1992. Anyways...It took me a long time to like the shows, but they grew on me. I'll admit it...I'm a Buffy and Angel fanXander is my favorite character on Buffy I'm glad Spike is now on Angel...and I am sad that Angel is cancelled  |

I love the character of Xander also. I also loved Willow and how they developed her character over the years. The only thing I had a problem with is how her character tended to overshadow Xander's character. Probably because Alyson Hannigan was gaining popularity becaus of the American Pie movies. Still, Xander for life! I liked Angel in the first season and part of the second. I still think he was just too whiney. I mean look at Spike. He went kind of crazy when he got his soul but when the shit hit the fan he got his head out mire and pulled it together and saved the world. Plus, Spike loved Buffy when he had no soul. Angel was a dick to Buffy when he lost his soul. So yeah there.  |

Finished Buffy season one last sunday. I can tell the writing and acting improved by the time the last disc hit the tray. Seems like the actors timing was off a bit, and also that the writing was a bit stressed. After watching Joss talk about developing the series, I was really surprised with all that he's worked on.

I think season 3 and 5 were the best. Season four was good for only one thing, i think, and that's the development of Willow's character. Season three was awesome cause of Faith and Angel coming back. Also, there was a great villian, Giles got thrown out of the watcher's council and everyone graduated. Five was great cause of the addition of Dawn and Buffy finally met her match. Also, Spike falling in love with Buffy was excellent. |

Yeah season four was great for that. Hush was excellent. Very scary plus the introduction of Tara.

I never really got into Buffy, especially after Riley I think his name was left & the Initiative was defeated. As for Angel everyday for the past month at 4 I've been watching, & I'm pretty caught up since Spike showed up.
I CAN'T BELIEVE THE CANCELLED THEM!!! Somebody better pick it up they got at least 2-3 seasons left.

season 3 of Angel is great so far.
I got kinda mad that Angel wasn't 'that' upset about Buffy's death. But other then that it is really good.

Wasn't he like in love with Cordelia or did that happen after Buffy died? I don't really follow Angel that much so I'm confused.
The thing that upset me the most was that Spike didn't exactly go after Buffy now did he?

Yeah, fals in love w/Cordie after Buffy "dies" their whole dynamic is pretty confusing, which I guess makes more real life if you think about it. I'm probably going to end up borrowing the seasons from someone.
