I absolutely loved the movie and I thought the third one was the best film out of the trilogy.
I am still pissed that Cold Mountain didn't even get an Oscar nod.

I think ROTK deserved every award. It tied Ben Hur and Titanic(ugh) for 11 total. Joe, if you want to rant, belittle Titanic. It didn't deserve that many awards. I was playing the ABC Enhanced TV along with the Oscars. You would answer trivia questions for points, although I'm not sure what the prize for first was. I was jipped of 16,000 pts. I scored about 97500, but they only counted 81750 or so. There were I think three questions that I got right that the game didn't tally to my total score. Oh well, at least it didn't count for anything important.

Yep he did fall asleep
I didn't think ROTK was the best of the three. FOTR was the best of the three.

See to me the story of the first one was the best but I really thought that the third one was technically the best. With the best cinemetograohy, background music, symbolism, and all the other 5000 techical awards it won.

Man ROTK was awesome, to many endings but I think they were necessary. Even though it's tied w/ BenHur it's first in piece o' shit awards who cares about half the ones they won. If I was them my acceptance speech would have been "Art dir., sound? TOSS OFF! You bunch of vaginal puss driblits, We were the fuckin best movie there was, we should get a "We're better than you" award!
