Yeah, I saw it this weekend too and loved it! Can't even imagine how much they spent on salaries when you see the cast. Even the secondary characters are pretty big names.

I just saw Pursuit of Happyness starring Will Smith and his son, Jayden Smith, and it was very good. It was definitely nice to have a feel good story without being so cheesy. It was really inspirational.

Saw Charlotte's Web and it was pretty cute! Since it was one of my favorite books when I was younger, I had high expectations, but I wasn't disappointed.
Then went to see Eragon and loved it. Then reread the book and decided I liked it less than I thought. The movie was good, but it cut some plot elements and characters that seem integral to the story as it continues in the sequel, so that's kindof confusing.
Then took Dad to see Rocky Balboa. Went with low expectations, but really enjoyed it. It's one of the few series of movies where I felt like the storylines remained really true to the main characters. And the ending during the credits is neat too.
And finally tonight saw We Are Marshall. I pretty much like any football movie, but those that are really true are the best. It was sad, but uplifting. What I really wanted to see was a comedy, but this was the family choice, and I admit I enjoyed it.
So, that's the Bawcom week at the movies!

We saw Man of the Year over the weekend. Ok movie. More political thriller about computerized voting then comedy about a Jon Stewart like comedian running for president. So NOTHING like the preview.
Best line in the movie
Robin Williams character: I did not have sex with that woman…but I wanted to.

I just watched Death Proof and thought it was so-so. Would Planet Terror be worth renting? It looks a lot more violent and action-packed.
