Yeah, tomorrow. Scheduled delivery is the 22nd, according to UPS.  it's ok, it only cost 41.99 and i didn't have to pay shipping. Plus I've been watching the DVDs for several days now.  Granted, not THE dvds, but DVDs nonetheless. |

I must say from what I’ve seen the changes are nothing compared with have the OT on DVD. The clarity is amazing and the cleaned up SPX are great too (esp. the lightsabers). I didn’t even mind Hayden at the end of ROTJ. I can’t wait to get home tonight and watch them with Joe.

I just saw a new hope and I just crapped my pants,WOW.dolby digital 5.1 sounds good for a re-mix..The picture however is superior ,the best I have ever seen.

What is up with the Krayt Dragon roar? Now it's some kind of whistling noise??? I watched (and listened  ) to the first half hour of a New Hope this morning just to check things out. There is so much bass that my Imperial Shuttle spins around on my subwoofer  !! |

half way through empire now,yall need to see the scene where vader talks to the emperor.Big change in that scene.Battle of hoth was cool with a few extra laser bolts being drawn in .

It shouldn't matter when you watch the bonus disc. I watched A New Hope, Empire of Dreams and some of the trailers yesterday. Played Battlefront some too. It's a difficult game so far.

I heard from other people who have the game that you have to shoot your enemy a lot to kill them(several laser blasts).

I played it a little, and it wasn't all that difficult. Maybe you just responded in the wrong spot John...like in the middle of the battle  Anyways, it was a cool game...I killed me some Ewoks and got to drive the AT-ST. |

There is so much bass that my Imperial Shuttle spins around on my subwoofer !! Me no likey. Want old Krayt Dragon back. I haven't seen the SE (except when I borrowed them from John a few weeks back) since the theater. Looks like they added a blue 'cushion' for the escape pod in ANH. Robert said it looked like there were green lights added in the Obi Wan tractor beam scene, but I'd have to watch the originals again. Overall I really enjoy these movies. They look so good now! I'll have to do a screen cap of the LaserDisc version and compare the shots. I don't mind most of the changes overall. I'll have to get used to the new emporer scene. I don't mind the look, but the dialogue seems like overkill to me. Can't wait till Sunday! |
