Yeah, Christy read this to me from the news on her phone while we were driving back from Austin last night.... nothing like a 2hr trip turned into 3+ hours. One lane through most of Austin, heavy rains that slowed traffic to 40 mph due to visibility, then 1 lane from Lorena to Hewitt. Man... I was ready to hit the sack when I got home! But one week early is nice!

Yeah, I like the artwork, and the deleted scenes, the start of the rebel alliance I think, I hope there is more deleted scenes like Shaak Ti meeting her end

LFL had the images taken down. And then let them go back up. But they were cool.

Talked to Phuong today and she's seen the deleted scenes! Says that at least 4 of them are cool.

Here's what the Digital Bits said about the Walmart bonus disc:
We'll be back with more this afternoon, but we wanted to check in early with a quick comment on Wal-Mart's exclusive Episode III bonus disc. We've seen it... and while die-hard fans and completists will probably want it, it's not really worth going out of your way for. The disc includes two 30-minute documentaries (4x3, DD 2.0), each hosted/narrated by C3P0 and R2D2. The first, The Story of Anakin Skywalker recaps the events of Episodes I & II. The second, The Story of Luke Skywalker, summarizes the events of Episodes IV, V & VI. They're pretty cheesy, consisting almost entirely of excerpts from the other films. They seem to be targeted at kids, and those adults who need to be Cliff Noted prior to viewing Episode III as a reminder of what's happened so far and what comes next. Just FYI.
Doesn't sound like it's that necessary...

I wouldn't mind seeing it... but seeing as there's not any new material, I could live without it. Now if it was the Trilogy in Thirty, then I'd be all over that!
--oh, and the Deleted Scenes were pretty good! I liked the first and the last the best. The other four were cool, but a bit dull it felt.

yeah, I liked most of them too, I got a kick out of the one with Anakin and Obi-Wan trading what looked like baseball signals trying to decide what to do.

Yeah, that was cool. I wish it would have stayed in - makes the ObiWan/Anakin relationship seem more brotherly.
