Matt Wood did the voice for the Droid General, but as they were doing his dialog...George had a cold that day and all throughout the movie Grievous is coughing....I guess Mace did that in the CW cartoon.
But anyway...George coughed into the microphone and the sound team processed it and....Matt Wood is the voice and George is the cough.
