I uploaded the icons to a place that wasn't down all the time.
So everyone needs chose their icons again and for some reason the address needs typed into the Avatar URL box.
Anyone needs help let me know.

I typed the url thing in and it didnt work.So I just decided to leave it blank...Update I just fixed it by completely deleting the avatar url and then choosing my icon again and then re-typing the url in the blank space.

I think I got it figured out
just make sure the avatar url matches the one selected in the drop down
And I added a few Sin City and Fantastic 4 icons
