Even though I was only married three days last year, my husband and I decided to file our taxes jointly because of marriage tax credit. I have already e-filed and got my money directly deposited to my account. Yoohoo!!! I let Andrew buy the case for the dream computer he is building. It will probably wreck our marriage but at least I got a tax credit out of it.

We are using our money to pay off a lot debt that we both had when we were single, but we are trying to save as much as we can. Not sure if we are going to have enough left for Comic-con but we all know that I just want to see Michael anyways.

And he'll be at Wiz Con anyway  Since Joe and I didn't get a honeymoon or a wedding for that matter we are going to Comic Con. Got to have your priorities straight. |

Apparently we need her Adjusted Gross Income figure to complete our return. thats exactly what they needed(2005 agi) for my online return to complete it.I dont have it so I cant file online this year.But I made duplicates of my 1040ez so I have it for next year.In the past this was not a problem because I used telefile which they did away with for this year. |

Naw naw.... I think you get a warning the first time.... The IRS doesn't want you in jail (no taxable income), they just want their money and they want you to be able to give them more. So, if ya'lls get caught, John'll have to sell back his TV, and Robert will have to see how much his kidneys are worth. Then they have to get taxed on that income as well...

My sister's (ex)mother-in-law pulled that one year by trying to claim one of Tina's kids. I still think she is trying to pay it off.

I know that people do it, and get away with it, but I think the trick is if you don't claim children one year, then claim a 2 year old the next, they notice it. You gotta be real subtle like when you do it, so as not to draw attention. Forging documents always helps. So long as you make it look good. No white out marks or nothing.

She got away with it for a few years...then they caught on and that 5,000 turned into 12,000 really quick. If I remember she demanded Tina help pay it off.  |
