cant wait til its over,had company all weekend,WAAAY too many damn kids screaming, crying,etc.That's why I will be going back to school soon now so that I can move out of the house and get away from these family get togethers that crowd the house serveral times a year.I am tired of this shit.UPDATE-THERE GONE!!!!!!!! whoever came up with easter in march is pretty dumb,too early in the year,it should be towards the end of april(which it usually is except for this year).

whoever came up with easter in march is pretty dumb,too early in the year,it should be towards the end of april(which it usually is except for this year). Basically, Easter Sunday is the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox of each year. So, since March 25th was the first full moon after the vernal equinox (March 21 - first day of spring), that means that the following Sunday is Easter Sunday. So, if this last full moon would have been just 5 days earlier, then Easter would have been sometime in late April. George Carlin has a great spiel on it in one of his routines dealing with religion's "rules" that have to be followed. The last sentence is similar to the first sentence I posted. Carlin really has it out for the Catholic church - which makes his role in Dogma really unique. - for more info on calculating easter, click hither. |
