last night. I think in my dream, I thought I was supposed to meet Joe to see it. I also think this was prior to its release. Anyway, I get to the theater and find Joe already watching the movie. In fact, it was already to the part where Anakin became Vader, or becoming vader, rather. Anakin's all scarred up, and the emperor brings in his armor on some sort of assembly line thing, you know, hung from chains. After the armor is on, then the Emperor has Vader select his light saber, and there's about 12 that he can choose from, all on this weird floor that suspends them while they're on, all pointing down.
I lean over to Joe and ask if Lucas is doing a flashback type thing. Joe says no. Come to find out, I am watching the last part of the movie. I realize then that I didn't see the opening crawl or any of the other stuff. I thought Lucas started out with Anakin becoming Vader and was going to fill in the rest as the movie progresses. This was going to be the last showing. I asked Joe if it was good, and he said yes. He also said that this was his third time seeing it. Joe told me that the movie was only 90 mins long. Wild....
Then Joe met Rod over at this comic/collectibles shop. I thought we were doing Star Wars, but actually Joe and Rod were looking for the Superman/Green Lantern DVD that just came out with some special something inside. I say this, because they opened a couple of the DVDs to make sure they were in there.
And that concludes my weird Episode 3 dream.
