The guy that was the Clone Emperor (Ziggy Stardust: Jedi Magician), is supposed to be Grievous at C3. He's a pretty good costumer, and has a nice looking Prince Xizor costume.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that a lot of those people I see on the costuming boards, like the cloud car pilot in the background of the Royal Naboo Fork Buffet Table picture, and the Tomorrow's Tampon Today picture. (ROTJ Y-Wing pilot)
